General Questions


Q: How old do I have to be to participate?
A:
Participation in fantasy sports games at TheFantasySportsComplex.com is open to individuals from around the world who have reached the age of majority in their respective province, state or country. Participants of the United States must be 18 years old to qualify for membership.

Q: What if my internet browser is not supported?
A:
Make sure you are using our recommended browser and browser settings. You can use the Browser Check page, to check your browser for the correct version and settings.

Q: Who do I contact for support?

Q: How do I update my registration information?
A:
If you need to change, update, or delete information previously provided, you can edit your registered information at anytime by accessing the Owner Administration page.

Q: What should I do if I lose or forget my password or User ID?
A:
If you have lost or forgotten your password or owner name, click here. You will be sent an e-mail with your owner name and a new password (for security reasons).

Q: Where do I send my certified check to pay for my new team?
A:
Payment for your team can be made with a certified check, but your team and league will be inactive until the payment is received and processed. Mail your certified check along with your name, team name and league name to the following address:

Team Management


Q: How do I change my team name?
A:
From the 'Team Headquarters', Team Administration link, you can change your team name and other team settings.

Q: When does my roster lock?
A:
Your team's roster will lock for each player 5 minutes prior to each game.

Q: All players are shown as 'Locked', why?
A:
From 12 noon ET on Sunday through 1 AM ET on Tuesday, all rosters are locked, meaning no transactions can be executed for the current week. Although, you can perform transactions, such as add/drop or trades, they will be listed as pending transactions, until the lock period is completed. Refer to our Official Rules on Transactions and the Waiver process for further information.

Q: A player is listed at WR, but is actually playing TE, why?
A:
At the beginning of the season, when we received our player list from our statistics provider, that player was listed at WR. That player will remain at the WR position for the remainder of the season.


Drafting


Q: When can we access the league's live draft room?
A:
The draft room will be accessible at any time after your team setup is complete, and is accessible from the 'League Headquarters' page. You should enter the draft room at least an hour prior to the live draft starting, to ensure proper browser functionality.

Q: Why didn't my draft run at the scheduled time?
A:
Your draft most likely didn't run because your league was not full or could not be combined with another draft with the same league specifications. Your team will be assigned to another league, which will have a new draft date. You will receive the details of your new league and draft date in an e-mail.


Scoring


Q: I do not see a scoring option in the league scoring setup?
A:
Scoring options are finalized for this season, if you have a suggestion, let us know and we will review your request for consideration in the next fantasy season.

Q: When are scores considered official?
A:
Official stat changes can occur through the Saturday following the previous weeks games, and therefore, scores will not be considered official until Saturday at noon ET.

Q: If a player is listed for the wrong team, will I still get that players fantasy points?
A:
Yes, you will receive points for a player, regardless of whether his team or position was listed incorrectly. If you detect an error with a players listed team or position, please send the information to our customer service department.

Q: If I have a defensive player, and he participates in an offensive category, will I get points for this?
A:
Yes, players get credit for all points scored, regardless of their relative scoring categories.

Q: Is my defense responsible for the points scored by the opposing teams' defense?
A:
Yes, all points scored by the opposing team, whether on defense or offense, will count towards the points allowed total.


Transactions


Q: Where can I view a player's bye week?
A:
Bye weeks are listed next to the player's name, throughout the site.

Q: How is the Waiver priority set?
A:
A team's waiver priority is set based upon the inverse order of the draft order. The waiver priority is set following the completion of the draft, and after a successful pending waiver transaction, you will be moved to the end of the waiver priority.

Q: When can I trade Players?
A:
Players can be traded up until the league's trade deadline. For more details on trades, refer to our Official Rules.

Q: Why are players locked, when they are involved in a trade?
A:
Players are locked to ensure all rosters remain valid, and to make sure a player is not dropped from a roster, or selected to be involved in another trade.

Q: Why do I have trouble with using and displaying pages of your site with my browser?
A:
Make sure you are using a recommended browser and browser settings. You can use the Browser Check page, to check your browser for the correct version and settings.

Q: Why can't I access my league or my team?
A:
Our site uses cookies to remember who you are and allow you easy access to your leagues and teams. Be sure to verify that cookies are enabled on your browser, and use the Browser Check page, to verify the version and settings of your browser.
